Viktor is a Norwish child, who was born with an intraventricular haemorrhage. Thanks to appropriate treatments, he lives normally with his parents and younger sisters.
These are the true stories told by the parents and doctors who have seen what a miracle newborn’s brain is, capable of recovering from the most serious complications ranging from the preterm birth to asphyxia and periventricular leukomalacia. By publishing these stories EuBrain seeks to give hope to parents and relatives who have a child suffering from the brain injury. We do not want to create false or exaggerated expectations. Our goal is to tell real stories and to encourage research in this field. The advancement of this research is crucial to allow for more educated medical and parental choices. And there is plenty room for the research in this field. If you would like to share your story, please contact us at info@eubrain.it. Thanks!
